LabVIEW is a visual or graphical programming language developed by National Instruments.
What is graphical programming?
Check out this video.
What does LabVIEW stand for?
Laboratory Virtual Instrumentation Engineering Workbench.
Why do I care?
Because I write documentation for one of the add-on toolkits of LabVIEW. I’ve been using LabVIEW since the day (actually weeks before) I started working at NI. I don’t know too much about programming but LabVIEW brings the concept of programming to a whole new level!
Can I try LabVIEW?
Yes! You can try LabVIEW for free in several ways—online, download, or request an evaluation CD.
