2008New WordPress Plugins on Shanghai Tech Writer

I’ve installed a few WordPress plugins to Shanghai Tech Writer the last couple of weeks. Here are a few useful plugins that you might consider adding to your blog. For more plugins, check out some of my favorite WordPress plugins.
Sociable
Sociable plugin adds a "Share and Enjoy" section at the bottom of your posts with links to a bunch of social bookmarking websites such as Digg, Facebook, Technorati, StumbleUpon, Reddit, and many more.
WP-PostRatings
WP-PostRatings plugin adds an AJAX rating system to your posts. This plugin allows readers to rate your posts so that you can track and list the popularity of each post.
Custom Query String
Custom Query String plugin allows you to customize the number of posts displayed on every page, whether by category, tags, search, date, author, home, archive, and so on.
Broken Link Checker
Broken Link Checker plugin detects broken links in your posts/pages and lists them in your dashboard. This plugin checks your blog posts in the background.
No Self Pings
No Self Pings plugin keeps pingbacks from showing up in your comments section when you link back to your own blog entries. This is useful if you link to many of your older posts but do not want to clutter your comments box.
