I’ve never won any prize drawings before, but several weeks ago, I struck gold! I won an Apple iPod Shuffle from American Airlines “Summer Cool” campaign. I heard about the drawing from ShanghaiExpat, filled out a survey, and entered my name for the prize drawing. And I actually won something! The prizes were given through ITV-Asia, so I had to go to the office in downtown Shanghai to pick up the iPod.

Well, I don’t really care for an iPod Shuffle since I already have a Nano. I’m going to give it away but can’t think of anyone who actually wants one. I’d do a “drawing” for my readers, but then I realized, unless the winner lives in Shanghai, the postage cost of sending this iPod internationally costs more than the iPod itself! So nevermind.
